and Marti Coplai, President & CEO.
“We are excited to recognize the 2019 Hospice Honors recipients for their hard work and dedication to providing exceptional care,” said Misty Skinner, Executive Vice President of Services at HEALTHCAREfirst. “I congratulate Angela Hospice on its success in achieving this highest of honors.”

Award criteria were based on Hospice Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey results for an evaluation period of October 2017 through September 2018. Award recipients were identified by evaluating performance on a set of 24 quality measures, compared on a question-by-question basis against national scores.

Angela Hospice President and CEO Marti Coplai credits the hardworking Angela Hospice staff in achieving this honor. She said, "Our team members are always conscientious of the needs of our patients and their family caregivers. This honor is a testament to their devotion to making each and every person a priority, and doing whatever it takes to meet the needs of those in our care."
